Privacy Policy
In accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (General Data Protection Regulation), BuildProductLab, registered at 752 67 Pimpstensvägen 19, Uppsala, Sweden, processes personal contact data submitted via our consultation consoles exclusively for client communication, project delivery, and statutory tax reporting.
We never sell, rent, or distribute personal information to unauthorized third-party brokers. Data is securely retained within encrypted EU-hosted cloud systems in compliance with ISO/IEC 27001 standards. You may request access, rectification, or erasure of your personal data at any time by contacting [email protected].
BuildProductLab retains personal data only for the duration necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, or as required by applicable law. Upon contract completion, client data is archived for a maximum of 24 months before secure deletion.
For California residents: Under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), you have the right to know, delete, and opt out of the sale of your personal information. BuildProductLab does not sell personal data.
Terms of Service
All digital services, software deliverables, and engineering advisory packages provided by BuildProductLab are governed by explicitly contracted Statements of Work (SOW) executed between the Client and BuildProductLab.
Upon complete settlement of agreed commercial invoices, BuildProductLab assigns all worldwide intellectual property rights in the client-specific software deliverables, design tokens, and digital assets directly to the Client.
BuildProductLab shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Liability is limited to the total value of the contracted Statement of Work. Force majeure events including but not limited to natural disasters, cyberattacks, or regulatory changes shall excuse delayed performance.
Any disputes arising from this agreement shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Uppsala, Sweden, under the rules of the Swedish Arbitration Association.
Refund Policy
BuildProductLab offers a full refund on project deposits if cancellation occurs within 48 hours of initial payment and before any design or engineering work has commenced.
For milestone-based projects, completed milestones are non-refundable. The Client may cancel remaining unstarted milestones at any time and receive a prorated refund for work not yet delivered. Refund requests must be submitted in writing to [email protected].
Refunds are processed within 10 business days via the original payment method. BuildProductLab reserves the right to deduct a 5% administrative fee for refunds exceeding $500 USD. Custom API integrations and third-party license fees are non-refundable once procured.
This policy is governed by EU consumer protection directives and Swedish commercial law applicable to 752 67 Pimpstensvägen 19, Uppsala, Sweden.
